LASER CUT

With our automated plants, we offer a 24-hour cutting service of metal sheets with a maximum size of 1500x3000mm and thicknesses from 0,5mm up to 25-30mm:

- 3 laser cutting systems 2D up to 8Kw of power with automatic warehouse and piece separator;

- 1 laser cutting system 3D dim. 1500x3000xH600 th. max 4mm;

- 1 combined laser punching machine;

- 2 punching machine;

BENDING

Following different requests in terms of quantity, precision and property of the piece, we shape your component in a vast and expert dedicated area of bending:

- 2 authomatic bending machines;

- 11 bending machines with CNC control;

MOLDING DEPARTMENT

To complete the modeling of your parts, we offer different molding machines and we help the customer with the studying and creation of the mold based on the specific request:

- 2 hydraulic molding machine from 250 up to 400 tons;

- 4 mechanical molding machine from 60 up to 315 tons;

WELDING/SPOT WELDING/FINISHING

Thanks to a large area and a considerable know-how of our team, we satisfy any customer need with the study and creation of mold and solutions suitable for any material and size

- 1 welding robot TIG;

- 6 manual welding stations TIG and MIG;

- 12 spot welders;

- 1 robotic spot welding station;

- 1 aesthetic finishing area of stainless steel and cleaning of metals in general;

- 1 deburring plant;

- 1 rotay table blast machine;

ASSEMBLY

Ferrinox can manage the assembly of simple parts by screws or rivets, up to the test and inspection of more complex IP-tight parts to deliver a finish product to the customer:

- Cartesian plane for the application of silicone dim. max 2000x1000mm;

- Test machine IP 68

- 2/3 assembly lines with special tables and equipments;
