INTERNAL DESIGN
We develop projects through 2 workstation with SolidWork license starting from an idea and we support the customer for the industrialization of their products or changes aimed at giving a profit in term of time, cost and design;
QUALITY
Ferrinox complies with ISO 9001-2015 certification.
In addition to costant dimensional and quality checks between all processin phases, thanks to the experience gained over the years, we are able to intervene with valid solutions in a short time to the various problem that may occur along the collaboration.
In order to guarantee very tight and difficult to verify tolerances, we also use a new KEYENCE IM-7500 dimensional measurement system capable of scanning details of maximum size 200x300mm.
WAREHOUSE
In the warehouse, all the goods ready to be shipped are destined with criteria and location. We also offer a Kanban managment if necessary and agreed with the customer;
MILLING AND TURNING/ TUBULARS
In the various orders we aquire, we manage not only the internal sheet metal processing but also some components obtained from machining centers and tubular processing upon completion of the supply.
STEEL SHEET TREATMENTS
Surface treatments managed every day by the Ferrinox team thanks to our reliable and certified supplier to offer the customer a finished and quality product:

PAINTING PROCESS
With our supplier, we manage a daily turnover of material that we paint both for our customer and for our Ferrinox brand street furniture products with all the various tests done over the years for resistance to various evironmental conditions;
